Fish Cookery Class

You will learn:

  • To debone a round fish
  • Pan sear the perfect fish fillet
  • Make a lemon and chive sauce
  • Prepare a fish stew Mediterranean style

The course includes preparing and tasting of all the dishes and taking away what you have no room for.
