The second ‘Chez Iza Supper Club’ took place last Saturday and was a great success as all the comments in our guest book show. I really enjoyed cooking the Cassoulet that was prepared over 3 days with love and dedication. It was certainly no weight watcher dish as it contained sausage, duck, pork belly, shoulder of lamb, pork end of loin and of course haricots beans.
Our next date is Saturday 19th March and in the meantime I will make up my mind on what to cook – it will be French and ‘delicieux’ as ever.
